Refund and Returns Policy

At Indian furniture, every order is made with care and prepared promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason after the cancellation window has passed.

Booking Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If your cancellation request is received within this window, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order is final and no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including change of mind, delays beyond our control, or delivery refusal.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Only items that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be eligible for return or exchange. In such cases, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
