1. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@indianfurnitures.com.au.
If your cancellation request is received and approved within this period, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests may not be accepted if your order has already entered processing, production, or dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your request.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind
We do not generally accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or a preference change after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and other details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product, contact us before purchasing.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take care when preparing and delivering orders. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us at support@indianfurnitures.com.au as soon as possible.

Clear photographs of the item and any visible damage, including packaging where relevant.
We request that delivery-related damage be reported within 48 hours of delivery, where possible, so we can investigate promptly. However, this reporting timeframe does not remove or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.
If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us to discuss the next steps.
Where appropriate, we may request that the item be unused and returned in its original packaging. However, original packaging and unused condition are not absolute requirements where they would unlawfully restrict your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the relevant instructions.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
We will communicate any relevant refund details once your request has been assessed.
6. Delivery Delays and Refused Deliveries
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can help investigate the delivery status. Refusing delivery or experiencing a delay does not automatically determine whether you are entitled to a refund or other remedy. Your rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
